$20 Micro-Chipping at the Show presented by Animal Friends
Millions of dogs and cats disappear every year. To increase the chances of finding your four-legged friends, you can get a tiny injectable "chip" that contains a one-of-a-kind ID number and is recognized worldwide. A special scanner is used to read the microchip through the skin of the animal. The Animal Friends Medical Team will be at the show and microchipping is available at the show for $20, Saturday only.

Ask the Vet with Dr. Steed from Banfield, The Pet Hospital
Dr. Jessica Steed, partner doctor at Banfield, The Pet Hospital of Cranberry Township, has been practicing in western Pennsylvania for five and a half years. She graduated in 2003 from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After working for three years at Beaver Animal Clinic, she opened her full-service Banfield hospital inside of the Cranberry PetSmart in October 2006. Her medical interests include dermatology and dentistry. She currently resides in Youngstown, Ohio with her husband, her one year old daughter, her two dogs, and her two cats.

Basics of Animal Communication Seminar with Suzanne Fisher:
This powerful seminar utilizes interactive participant demonstrations, guided exercises, and lecture to teach people the basics of animal communication such as how to listen to animals and how to communicate with them. By the end of the seminar participants who are open to the techniques taught during the seminar will be able to go home and begin communicating with their own pets.

AKC® Meet The Breeds
AKC Meet The Breeds provides Parent Clubs with the opportunity to meet and greet the public while educating them about the special characteristics of each AKC registered breed. Representatives will be on hand with dogs and puppies over six months of age. If you are looking to add a dog to your life, this event is a great opportunity to ask questions of true breed experts and determine if a breed is right for you. Dancing with the Dogs
Jan Mayr & her dog Piper will be doing a Pirates of the Carribean Canine Freestyle Routine twice daily. In addition, Jan will be hosting a workshop and Q & A session on the world of Canine Freestyling, which truly demonstrates the joys and fun of bonding with your pet.

Paws With A Cause
Paws With A Cause serves people with disabilities through custom-trained Assistance Dogs. These Service Dogs, Hearing Dogs, Seizure Response Dogs and Service/Guide Dogs help increase independent living and travel through specialized task work such as retrieving the phone, opening doors and alerting to sounds like smoke alarms. Paws With A Cause Assistance Dogs are placed with their clients at no charge and each team is provided lifetime support from PAWS.
